The Membership meetings are held every month on the second
Thursday at
The Executive Board meets on the Monday prior to the Membership meetings.

Generally, the answer is to ask the high seniority person and force the low seniority person. This is done on a permanent transfer.
Temporary transfers can happen for durations of up to 45 days with no regard to seniority.
The company is obligated to keep overtime relatively equal.
Members are charged for all overtime hours asked or worked.
Overtime hours are not charged for employees on 5 consecutive days of vacation, death in the family or military encampment.
Members are usually required to submit a schedule to their supervisor each week.

Currently, there is no provision for flextime for weekend hours. All Saturday and Sunday hours must be charged as overtime.
The company has decided to “improve” services yet again by eliminating
people and requiring the bargaining unit people to manage more of their own
benefits. Most types of absence and leaves will require the employee to phone
the Service Center at 1-866-562-2363 and report: Medical unpaid Leave, Short
Term Disability, Extended Sick and Injury leave, Family Medical Leave, Jury
Duty, Military Duty, Union Official—unpaid, Peace Corps, and any unpaid child
care leave.
Additional calls to the insurance carriers may be
required for some paid leaves.
